Our Process

Our blends have always used a large selection of Estate Coffees which we pay a premium for. This not only ensures premium consistent product for our customers, but also supports the farmers so they can take care of their workers and crops.

Once the beans arrive at our facility they are stored in a controlled environment until they are ready for use.The beans then go through a number of cleaning stations to ensure that they are clean and free of foreign material. Our high speed silo systems store the beans until they are ready for manufacturing.From there it is on to our automated blending and weighing system which accurately forms the blends within strict tolerances.

Once blended they are transferred to our roasters where highly trained experts mesh the art of roasting with modern control technologies to consistently develop the full flavour potentialities of each coffee while doing it consistently. Once roasted, the beans are transferred to the grinding department where automated systems take the roasted beans and grind them to various consistencies, within strict tolerances. Using state of the art packaging machines the coffee is packed in the appropriate formats.

 

 All our packaging is nitrogen flushed to ensure that the product is fresh when our customer decides to use it. Strict attention is paid to package seals to maintain the integrity of the coffee. It is this high end consistent product which has allowed our business to grow by word of mouth.
